Awful experience. The front desk lady refused to serve me because I didn’t bring my ID. I said there nowhere in the appointment saying I should bring my id to the appointment. The lady gave me an inpatient and rude attitude saying you should bring your ID anywhere. She gave me an disgusting face when I left.

They gave me the wrong prescription and I could barely see for a year until a different eye doctor pointed it out - they messed up the +/- so I was wearing nearsighted lenses for a year even though I’m super farsighted.
