Fantastic experience! I had an emergency water leak with my sprinkler system and Big City was very responsive. They had technicians out to my home the very next morning and took care of my issue. I tried 3 other companies (one of which I used often) and they were all not available for 3+ weeks. Both Big City’s customer service rep and technicians were great…all were very responsive, professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Big City.
The logo on the back of the van says that the vehicle is monitored by GPS for speed and safety. Clearly they don’t teach them to use turn signals; And it’s OK to cut people off,so safety must not be that important. Vehicle number two To be specific.
Big City Irrigation has upgraded my irrigation system with the Rachio WiFi Smart Sprinkler Controller (8-Zone Irrigation Remote Control) – App-Based Scheduling, Local Weather Intelligence system. The new system is convenient and easy to use!!!! Will definitely help with reducing my water usage. Big City Irrigation's installation was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend them for your replacement or new irrigation system.

I needed a new sprinkler head installed and I wanted to update the control panel. Big City's tech Brian put in a Rachio controller that runs off the internet to monitor the weather and adjust watering based on rainfall expected. It's been in for two weeks and has worked perfectly, skipping watering days twice because it had rained. I whole heartedly endorse and recommend Big City Irrigation and the Rachio product.
