Friendly staff and quality work. Worked me in for a quick repair. Very pleased with the service.
Honest car service! I had a drain on my car battery (an interior light was barely barely on and draining the battery). They could have taken me for a ride, but only charged me for an hour of labor, even though I think they spent more time in it than that. I would recommend this place!!!
This place is AMAZING!!!!. They do quality work at an affordable price. They had my vehicle running like brand new in just one day, at a fraction of the cost other places wanted to charge me. I’ll definitely be returning to have any future repairs on my vehicles done here. Thank you guys at Big City Automotive.
Dropped off a tire with a screw in it to have repaired. They had it done when they said they would and everyone was super friendly. Struck up a conversation with the man behind the front desk and asked him for an estimate on repairs for another vehicle and Big City was nearly half of what I was quoted from another shop. I will definitely be moving my future repair needs here!
