I brought my car in because I noticed a chugging noise coming from the front right wheel well. I took it in and within a day they got it diagnosed and started working on it. Replaced all four tires, pads and rotors. Everything was perfect until I noticed a shaking on the drive home. I brought it back and they got it re-balanced immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t gouge for parts/labor. I’d recommend them to anyone for any issue!

I’ve gone to BCA three times now for car repairs on my old jeep. They are so kind and so helpful. I’m a Bradley student and their location is perfect, but the service keeps me coming back.
