RecommendedWe love coming here for Yogurt, great taste. BUT, YOU REALLY NEED TO HAVE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE ON YOUR NIGHT SHIFTS!! 6 people in our party came in and NO ONE CAME out to acknowledge us until we'RR had to yell in the back that we were ready to pay!! then 2 others came in & waited for 10 mins! Then one of Our guys whistled LOUD to get then to come out. 2 young men on shift, needs to be addressed.. I agree with your RULES, but if no one is out there to watch they will eat it frozen rather than melted.
Product tasted bad. My wife took a few bites and something was wrong. She asked the server if she could get another. The server went and tasted the product and said she could not have another. Replacing something that is bad is part of the food service. The server said its the owners rules not hers. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and not doing the right thing for the patrons. I guess they don't need return customers. I wont be back.
