My husband and I provided photography services for a wedding at this venue on Saturday and I was exceptionally impressed! It is an absolutely beautiful space, providing both openness and intimacy for your event. The staff , from waiters to valet attendants, were so courteous and helpful! And the food was amazing! Everything turned out perfect and made for spectacular photos! Will definitely be recommending Big Chill to other clients in the Charlotte area!

We just had our daughter's wedding at The Big Chill last night and it was AWESOME!! The venue was beautiful and the staff friendly, personable, and professional. Tyler was the first person to show us the venue and he was our coordinator for EVERY step of the planning. HE WAS GREAT! The food was delicious--the Parmesan Crusted Chicken moist and tender. I will use the venue again and recommend to others!
Had a great time at the Big Chill last night for my husband Christmas party for work! Everyone was nice and helpful. The atmosphere of the Venue was awesome!! Could not have asked for a nicer please to have the party. The food was good and the drinks were awesome! The staff was very Professional and courteous! The chicken Alfredo was awesome! Can't wait till next time.
