I️ went to Big Chief for an alignment. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient.
Got there on Monday after unsuccessfully trying to get my tire repaired on my truck on Sunday.They had me back on the road in 45 minutes and they had all bays full. Great service.
Those dudes got me right in changed my oil n got got me back on the road quick at a fair price i'll definitely be going back in the future

I had to contact the bbb and complain- these people were dishonest and unprofessional when replacing my alignment I had to return to get it replaced again 2 mths. later and get my hubs replaced in which ricky the store manager said not to worry about now my car is scraping and its never made these sounds before- they said they had the wrong parts then I contacted the general mgr.
