Opened a packages of big chief jerky and it was completely moldy, reached out to company after I posted pictures of it and they blocked me on social media so I can’t post any more. They have not tried to rectify this problem, they told me they were going to send a box to send back and nothing still it’s been two weeks.
Tried some on the road and loved it. Ordered some more online from the jeep, and it came very quickly and was sooo tasty. Easier to chew than some jerky and we love the jalapeño flavour and the various sizes. Great snacks. Well done big chief! Canadian and tariff free!
