I used to love this restaurant, but the service & quality have plummeted. My last three orders either had something wrong, missing, or both. My most recent order I called to complain and the worker told me there was nothing they could do for me. I’ve complained to my credit card company and started the chargeback process.

The level of incompetence displayed by the staff at this establishment is difficult to ignore. Orders are taken incorrectly, food items that customers pay for are routinely omitted, and attempts to correct mistakes are handled with little awareness or accountability.
