They close a hour early every day manager in the grand Cherokee hides in the back and does not serve until close second attempt trying to get food here after working a 12 hour shift speaker is supposedly broke
Closed a whole hour early only offer sides to keep from messing up the fryers. Could’ve been closed earlier because everything was clean. So we couldn’t even try the food. Got there at 8 PM location shouldn’t close to 9 PM Livonia location
Every time I've been there, NO SALTED CARMEL SHAKE
Too expensive for the food to be this mediocre! I paid over $30 for two meals. The chicken was NOT seasoned whatsoever. The fries were overly salty as well. I paid for 2 WATERED down lemonades. Very disappointed for this to be Shaq’s restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money. Place was empty and that should have been my sign.
We went through the drive through and had to wait 50 minutes just on our food just for it to be given to us cold! My husband got no food for his lunch break and I had my 11 week baby screaming in the car. Communicating the long wait prior to us paying would have been nice!
