However, I found them to be impersonal and didn’t make an effort to understand what we do as an organization or build any type of further relationship with us. They did what I hired them for, but I will be moving my maintenance files elsewhere and will be seeking a firm that is more invested in building long term relationships and success with my organization. But got the job done!
