I’ll 100%recommend Nico who led us to go scuba diving. He was patient, nice and professional. I went with 2 other people from other countries. The other two don’t speak English. Nico was still patiently waiting for his colleagues to translate for them. (If I were him, I might space out, I guess.) Most importantly, the whole experience of scuba diving was awesome and amazing. Have travelled with this company twice before and had genuinely great experiences, which is why we booked with them again. This time, however, the weather forecast for the day turned very poor (strong winds and rain). With my partner being 32 weeks pregnant and us travelling with a toddler, we did not feel it was safe to proceed. From previous trips, we know the crossing can be quite rough in those conditions. Very nice experience with these guys. Explored green island and coral reefs surround the island via glass boat and semi submarine. It was very nice and Shannon was a knowledgeable host.
The crew work effectively and efficiently. Big shout out to Jennifer and her gal's for their assistance when my 3yr old was throwing up big time. As it was my kids first time on a Cat, and we had no idea my child would be seasick. (My 9yr old as well held off longer than my 3 yr old) i was that day old when they showed me the trick to keeping a vomiting bag open by folding down the sides.
