We loved seeing the marine life especially the turtles and shark that's why we really wanted to go to green island. However, the booking experience wasn't great. The first staff that we talked to said that there was no more availability for that day and directed us to a different company. She said this without even checking. Amazing experience we had though both of us( me and my partner were non-swimmers ). "Denise" what an amazing lady she has been. No wonder they mentioned 'ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME'.
I honestly don’t understand why people can give this any less than 5*, it’s exactly as described. From the booking process, to the last trip home everything was as described online. We booked the two island package late Thursday evening- only received a confirmation. Woke up Friday morning to receiving our boarding passes for quick boarding at the wharf and avoiding the busy reef terminal. I was very disappointed with our experience, especially considering we were travelling with a toddler\. We were allocated seats at the very back of the boat, where water constantly splashed over us\. This left our family wet and made the journey quite uncomfortable\. The Glass Bottom Boat and the Semi\-Submarine experiences were also very repetitive\.
