Private community. Gated. Great place to live if you like mountains. EVERYTHING is very expensive. Everything has a fee associated with. At the restaurant 6 wings costs 11 bucks. Hamburger costs 18 bucks. Most expensive burger in the region. Golf is 100 bucks a round.
