This place only has one employee. Drive thru is a 20 min wait. Register is self serve! If you don’t have the time to wait try somewhere else. They are always super slow and understaffed at this location.
Went to this BK at like 930pm tonite and just gotta say the drive thru person Jacob was incredibly nice. I ordered just a small double combo.. Got greeted at the window right away and his customer service is exceptional. Got the hottest food like ever at any BK loI. I hope you guys as a company let him know he's doing a great job. I'll be back just to have his service. And see if you BK cares bout the quality their employees give cuz he's amazing. Thanks Jacob!
They always forget something. It’s very frustrating. Don’t waste your time. They either forget something or they messed the entire order up. It’s so annoying.
Get ignored for five minutes while my three friends get given their online orders. Even though I could see my order was ready on the counter. The man who might be the manager as he's the only one I ever see speaking with customers also stuck his entire hand with a cup to scoop ice into the machine even though there's a scooper hanging off the machine.
