Big Buckle came in with a fair price in April of 2025 and we accepted and sent a deposit. The original start date was in April. After several delays and no word, eventually they showed up to do the roof May 23 and 24th. Although the roof was not completed on the 24th, Big Buckle demanded the rest of the payment and assured us that they would be back within a couple of days to finish. TLDR - Took my deposit and NO-SHOWED THE JOB 3 TIMES! All I have is a leaky roof and a useless warranty since they took my deposit and did not bother to show up. I have to say that working with this team has been absolutely brutal from the jump - getting a hold of Evan or even Sydney has been a nightmare. I just bought our home and the warranty of the old owner’s roof transferred to me. It’s a new roof so obviously I would want to work with the warranty; however, this has proven to not be so easy.
