Yummy!! Just over four years ago we found a classy without being stuffy wonderful restaurant named Big Buck which has great food. last week, 9 Jan 2010, we had a party for our son at Big Buck. Our group had just over forty people with a wide mix of food and drink wants. We tried a variety of appetizers and entrees and EVERYTHING was fantastic. food good, service not Our latest trip to Buck's was disappointing to say the least. I never was served the root beer I ordered because it was "locked" somewhere and the manager had to unlock it - very strange. Our appetizer came out after our meal was served. The place was not even busy (on a Sunday evening) - I mean it was half empty - yet we had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table. Our previous trip was much better than this, but I hear there are new owners, maybe this is the issue?
Big Buck Brewery & Steakhouse The best beer in Gaylord and great steaks to boot. The burgers here are also excellent. The menu also includes every kid's favorite, chicken strips.
Great Food and Beer If you're looking for the finer side of dining in Gaylord, this is the place. They have great steaks, and any other food I have had there has been great. Make sure you try their excellent home brewed root bear! Although, I miss the old days when it first opened several years ago when you could throw peanut shells on the floor at the bar.
