It took me 13 days, but I finally had both Italian Beef and Italian Sausage at Big B's Beef, just north of 47th and Seneca. It was excellent. I've been disappointed about a lack of Chicago-style food in Wichita, but it's finally here. The beef was juicy. The sweet peppers were excellent. I had my Italian Sausage with red sauce. Wow! It's all made to order, so it takes a bit longer, but it's worth the wait. The wonderful fries are hand cut. Prices are reasonable.
