My experience with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Waterloo Region has been incredibly disheartening and professionally insulting. I had always admired BIG Brother after seeing their impact firsthand with a friend of mine. I was excited to speak with Big Brother when I found myself searching for a male role model for my son. Unfortunately, our discussion was very short because they declined to work with us because of my autistic son. I am so disappointed that an agency like this would deny my son this opportunity . Do better.
