1 Star I brought my vehicle in to have a problem diagnosed. The mechanic took my car for a test drive, and during that test drive the axle broke. Afterward, they claimed the axle was already broken before they drove it. If the axle was already broken, how were they able to take the vehicle on a test drive in the first place? I visited this shop recently and my experience wasn’t the best. One thing I strongly recommend to future customers is to always ask for an itemized receipt instead of just paying cash and leaving. Having a detailed receipt can really protect you in case any issues come up later, since it provides proof of purchase and helps with warranties as well.
