Today I found a staple in my tire. While driving home I noticed that tire pressure was lower than the other 3 tires. I stopped by Big Brand in Simi Valley, and received exceptional service. They got my car in as soon as they could. Removed the staple, and patched the leak in the tire. The Service at this tire shop is excellent. Today I found a staple in n my tire. While driving I noticed that tire pressure was lower than the other 3 tires. I stopped in on my way home from work, and received the best service. They got my car in as soon as they could and fixed the leak with a patch. When I purchased my tires the service was exceptional, and than again today, exceptional.
