This was by far the easiest and best tire buying experience I have had in many years. Zach, the manager was super easy to work with even though I gave him the wrong tire sizes. At first he was still able to accommodate any request I had. He found me the best deal. The best warranty. And I even shopped around for a while. Quick dependable reliable service. I went into Big Brand Tire because they are the only approved CarMax shop in Casa Grande. I scheduled an appointment and showed up on time for the appointment. The guy working said “what’s up?” when I entered and I said “I have an appointment at 10:30” to which he replied “no you don’t.” I told him it was a Carmax appointment and he rolled his eyes and said “I hate when they do this.” The rest of the conversation was him complaining about how Carmax doesn’t notify him properly. These Gentlemen are just that, Scholars at their Craft, as well! Quality work with quality prices! Easy to work with and very accommodating! Outstanding tires on selection and if not, QUICK to get what you need the same day (little 15s included)! Plus the Cherry On Top, warranty included which is highly advised!
