Needed a flat repair. Even though they were crazy busy, the office guy came out to my car to check out whether the donut tire was on correctly. I didn't feel rushed and had his complete attention. I left my car because it was late in the day; upon returning the next day was pleasantly surprised to be told "no charge". Very pleased with the customer service. They will have my business.
