My car was taken in on time of appointment did not have to wait. I was updated on any additional work needed to be done. Had to leave my car overnight, special part had to be ordered. Next day my car was ready to be picked up as promised. The price was good, special discounts. I will be telling my friends . The young man Espevan working at the store was very polite and answered all my questions .
Service here is always good! Enjoyed my experience again:) even though they are crazy busy (need more staff) they were still very friendly, explained what they needed to do and did it :)
Very efficient considering they were more than busy . Oil change, filter , plus 28 point inspection. I was in an out in a hour. I would recommend to a friend . $60 .00 , compared to the Dealer is 2 to 3 times more. BIG BRAND everybody.
Fixed my tire and it was free . I drove a bit and it's fine . I will definitely be buying new tires there. Just went back for an oil change and tire rotation. Absolutely wonderful . My tires feel great. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend anyone else to go there for a good experience
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tried for a HALF HOUR to simply call the local store for some important information and the call center could not transfer me over there. They claimed “technical issues”. Well, guess what? If you guys can’t even answer a phone call, I’m DEFINITELY NOT going to trust you with putting a tire on my car… I eventually had to have the tow truck driver call me and hand give his phone to the manager there to tell him what was going on.
