I have been to Big Brain twice and each time the service was awesome and quick Very pleased with their work.
Front desk guy rude cocky n arrogant.. Treats us like wer stupid n bothering him while we are asking him questions..!! . Sucks because last visit ther wuz lots better..
I had a tattoo on my forearm done last night by Nick and just wanted to say he did a fantastic job. This was a memorial tattoo and meant a lot to me and it has exceeded my expectations. He was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Thank you to Nick!
Dave pierced both my daith's. I am so glad I got them done, as I had migraines. My headaches are almost none existence as well as the migraines. Thank you so much Dave!!
I've been going to BB for quite awhile. I absolutely love all of the guys there. They know their shit and are always willing to help. I've had several piercings and if I had any questions about them, Dave or Kyle are always on top of it to get an answer for me. Even if I just pop in with an issue...like needing retainers, they hook me up. Justin has now done 4 of my tattoos and I cannot say enough good things about him and his work. Got some piercings done by Kyle today. For whatever reason, I got extremely light headed afterwards, probably from the adrenaline rush. Kyle and the staff brought me an ice pack, and a sprite (to help boost my blood sugar), and sat me down in a nice comfy seat until I was feeling better. They made sure I was good to go before letting me leave. Excellent care, and wonderful service, as always.
I came in 4 weeks ago and had my daith done. It was great working with Dave, and I'd come back to do it again. He asked questions and why I wanted it done. He has definitely done his research. I went from having headaches/migraines daily to 2 this past month. 2 yes just 2 and I am sure they were weather related! You have no idea how much it has helped me on a day to day basis. I git my daith pierced in November. Normally days like today, (cool and rainy) meant a bad migraine all day. Not anymore! I still get them occasionally but not to the degree I used to. Thinking about going and getting my other one done!
I was told a couple years ago by the guy who took my deposit that since you can't see color through a tinted window, that I won't get color in my tattoo because of my darker skin tone. Completely inappropriate and discriminatory. I was too naive to refuse service, then. However, the artist that did my tattoo was great. That said, I won't be returning here.
