Clean & Friendly, my daughters ears healed nicely- and fast! A tiny problem was that I received the wrong quote for ear piercing- and they changed it once I committed BUT that is forgiven-- the hospitality & friendliness and nice vibes for my daughters 1st piercing was stellar. We felt right at home! ((Thanks!))
