Waited patiently in line for 40 minutes at a concert. I felt bad that the waitress seemed overstressed. I tipped her and was friendly. Got a hard time from my group that I didn't get an extra plate. Went back 5 minutes after ordering to get one. I saw a guy who had just ordered walking away with multiple extra plates. No extra plate for me though. Not allowed for me.
