They treated me fairly
I purchased a vehicle from them through Ebay on March 3. Today is April 27th and I have still not received the title. I have had several conversations through text and phone calls. Each time I am promised the title is on the way or the title is lost and I can't find the tracking #, or I have found the title and now it is on your way, or I sent the title weeks ago. Bought an 5th wheel trailer from them and they said they would get it ready for me in 10 days. Two weeks later they still hadn't got the tires put on it and I had called them three days in a row and they kept assuring me it would be done the next day. Not good customer satisfaction.
