We were at Big Boy this morning and were disgusted that they allowed a couple bring a dog into the restaurant - this wasn't a service dog. It was in a small dog carrier (like a really large purse). The woman took the dog out of the carrier and was showing it around in the restaurant. Not one of the wait staff or management ever told her to take the dog out of the restaurant!!! I love that I could get a sandwich at 10:30 as I am not a big on breakfast foods.... The other two in our party had breakfast (perfect) The Rueben Sand was excellent and the fries were hot and very good......Our waitress was Paula but at least two others came by the table to fill coffees...... Excellent Service in our hometown..... Good Job Big Boy
The general manager Jennifer Richendollar always makes our experience memorable. She cares about her guests, as she visits tables asking how meals are. Great experiences. Can’t wait to visit again!

The employees there are the very best possible. Very friendly and lots of fun. Great food and great service. Paula, April, Lou, Linda, Lori, Melissa, Tom, and all the others are just so great.

Kids pizza was the worst thing I have even seen. Made with spaghetti sauce and slices of mozzarella melted on top!! Nasty!! Mozzarella sticks were still cold in the middle!! Worst food we've had!! Service was good, waitress did a good job.
