Purchased a vehicle from this place in June and I still haven't received my registration and license plates or my title! I've been calling all month and im not able to get in contact with anyone! Guess I'm going to have to take legal action. Would not recommend this place at all!!
So my family and I bought a car around August... it’s about to be March now & we’ve yet to receive the actual plates to the car because of how unorganized and unprofessional the owner is! My mom has reported to the office several times in attempts to follow up on delivery, and it’s constant excuses. I was happy with this location only up until we began having these issues with the owner. Definitely do not recommend.
Very nice place to go. I bought a car and will buy another soon. Thanks big boy auto. You guys the best!!!
