Was travelling thru Marquette on Thanksgiving and decided to get the buffet. Why would you have the white Turkey ,Dark turkey and Ham soaking in a pan of water . Unfortunatly there was no taste to the meat. servers were good but very disappointed in the meat being bland flavored

Absolutely loved my first experience at a Big Boy! Will definitely be back and recommend it. Our server Vianna I believe was her name was so nice (sorry if I got the name or spelling wrong) and great communication. So the cooks for some reason didn’t get our order right away. Our communicated that with us and apologized for it. I said no worries I’m not in any hurry at all. Can’t wait to go back!
Floor of restaurant was filthy. One would think in a restaurant that size with only a few tables of customers, there would be plenty of time to clean the floors. Also, the countertop dining area was covered in garbage. I realize it's not being used due to the pandemic, but it should still be kept neat and orderly since it's visible to the public.
