Ever since new owners and management this place has went down hill for sure. Food is gross. Employees are so rude. I ordered French toast and I heard the Waitress apologized to the cooks because that is what I ordered. I didn’t want to pay $10.99 for 2 pieces of friend toast at the breakfast buffet. Now i over heard the owner talking about they are changing into a bar and grill. I know with these people running the place I will not go to it when they change.
Disgusting! Instead of cheeseburger should have been called mustard burger, which I do not care for! Must have been a half cup of mustard on it. Inedible! Never again!
We saw that was under new management and thought we would try it out for dessert. When we were seated the floor is still as sticky as it had been for years. Our drinks came and one of the coffee cups was disgustingly dirty, she took it back and brought another one, again dirty. Brought the saddest piece of strawberry pie I have ever seen there. Worst big boy experience ever. Waited over half an hour for 2 omelettes. As a show of regret, they took out drinks off the bill...one coke and one Water! Place is tired and run down, needs updating
Alma big boy is under new management! We have a lot of new improvements some new cooks new servers! Worst Big boy!! Our service was bad last time we went and our order was not right...but we decided to try again (everyone has a bad day)went there with my family tonight and it was just as bad. Our server only came over a couple times. (That included taking our order and bringing us our order) we got our appetizer AFTER our meal. My son didn't even get his meal until the rest of us we done eating. We will NOT be coming back again. 2 strikes you are OUT!!!
Couldn't even get my order right! Ordered a well done hamburger with ketchup, mustard and pickle ONLY. Came out with lettuce so sent it back, came out with cheese so sent it back, finally came out right. Only to take the bun off, piece of lettuce left on so just scrapped off the lettuce and flipped the burger over and all they did was scrap off the cheese. Cut into and surely wasn't well done! What if I was allergic to cheese or lettuce? I will never stop here ever again!!!
Absolutely nasty my omelet had mushy dark brown very old potatoes in it I wouldn't eat it if I was paid to this place has gone down hill so bad it's just nasty the management is a disgrace and the owner should be ashamed of this establishment �����
