The breakfast buffet is great!!!
This review is 100% to the company and not towards the staff of the Cadillac Big Boy. The staff were amazing and very friendly, this is NOT their fault. I came in today to get their breakfast buffet and come to find out, the company has replaced their fresh French toast on the bar with cheap fast food French toast sticks. They taste like garbage and can easily be found in your local freezer section. They should bring back actual French toast. Sticky floors, crap food, even worse service. If you have children, do not bother coming here because the older people will be catered to over you. Four tables got seated after we even ordered yet they got their food almost immediately. We were there TWO HOURS when we thought that it would be a quick breakfast. Do not waste your time or money here.
Today i went in and got an meat overs omelette, they served me a slightly underdone omelette and i eventually bite into this hard peice of rock/tooth like pebble. No harm no foul stuff happens. They take 10% off and bring me a new one. I then bite into a 2nd rock/tooth like material from the 2nd omelette they had just made me. I've been going here my whole life but I'm genuinely concerned what they're putting in the food at this point.
Very accommodating and friendly service. Considering how swamped the place was this morning, my food arrived in a more than reasonable amount of time. All I'll say is the kindness really made a difference for me, and I'm more than happy to give a perfect score for all the reasons I previously outlined. Bless you all. You do a wonderful service for the community.
