We recently visited Big Bowl in Schaumburg and we were blown away by the awesome customer service! My other half is allergic to everything that comes out of nature's toilet bowl and first thing our delightful server, Julia, inquired if we had any food allergies. Julia took the time to make suggestions as to what soups/entrees would be allowable. She even went a step further to have the chef adjust the wonton/noodle to eliminate the fish sauce.
