Phil hit the nail on the head. Worst property management I've ever worked with. No communication except for bills, don't fulfill maintenance requests, don't enforce any rules of the community, and have yet to finish a community pool that was supposed to be done no later than summer 2018. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Extremely disappointed with this management company. No communication from them - except bills. They do not monitor or enforce rules of the HOA.
