Fred was super nice until they came out late to do our house. and they never finished the job. His workers stole from us and got into our medicine in our cabinets.they knocked holes in our walls and scrached my new black sink when they poured grout down the drain.I think it is time to seek legal help to see if we can do anything about this shady business.

Replaced all the carpet in my house with laminate. They are coming back to refinish the original hardwood floors in my home next week. Great work and a good price. I have recommended these folks to all my friends. Check with them for price and quality on any flooring needs. Gary
After reading reviews, I thought "big bobs flooring" would be a reputable business to choose to put in our hardwood floors. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We contacted Big Bob's Flooring in May of this year. They gave us an estimate to put in floors at our lake house and office. We have some minor issues with the lake house but the major problem is with my office. First, we have carpet at our office and instead of pulling up the carpet and putting the flooring on the concrete, he put the flooring right over the carpet. Big Bob's Flooring did a wonderful job quickly installing carpet in two of my bedroom when I arrived in town. They had me in my bedrooms in 2 days, and inexpensively.
