Fantastic BBQ! Our family of five (with three teenagers) ordered the family platter and it was perfect. The perfect Father's Day lunch stop.

The flavor profile of both the pulled brisket and the chicken was fantastic, but the chicken was so over cooked you couldn't tell what was bone and what was chicken until you tried to chew it. Turned me right off if finishing the piece I had. It was a wedding catering so I know it's hard to hold sometimes, but this was bad. Sorry.
