Overall, the food was decent. Ribs are tender, though I prefer them grilled or heated for serving. Pulled pork is pretty good, though it is really salty. Baked beans aren’t anything crazy, but they are tasty. Potato salad is top tier. The BBQ sauces were fine; Zesty was the best one. We had Big Boar BBQ cater our rehearsal dinner of ~ 50 people last fall. While the food tasted wonderful, communication with the catering team was less than ideal. We worked with Denise to set up the initial details, but were bounced around to a few others on the team as the event date grew closer- none of whom seemed to have the complete event picture.
