I drop off in West Seattle and the past two times /the attitude that comes what the people is unmentionable. I will find somewhere else to donate my lightly used sometimes new items that I know other people will get plenty of use from. and can we please talk about no pet items? We live in a city where pet makes up more of a population than children!

This place is a hit or miss depending on the driver I think. Some pick ups are great other times it's awful. This time they just went through all my stuff and left a bunch even thoug. I think I will start using service else were.

I have been using this service for years, same location but this month the driver is different! I had the driver a Hispanic guy I think he said his name was Julio, He called me told me he didn’t have the gate security code and wasnt able pick up and to schedule a pick up for next week! I told him that at the intercom box he just needed to look up my name, I gave him my name, and he said he’s not at that entrance and he wasn’t going to go all around with his big truck.the entrance he’s is at 20 feet down from the call box!
