Big Blue are BIG on professional, friendly and helpful protection for all stored assets. Basically the Storage centre at Smithfield is like First Knox. It's a very efficient, effective and professionally operated facility with excellent true BLUE staff. If it's storage...it's Big Blue! The only tiny niggle is they charge a % if you use a card. As we all know most payments these days are electronic. Personally, I despise that practice and it won't change unless enough consumers object.

We recently rented a storage unit at Big Blue Self Storage while we were waiting for our new home to be built. These guys were so friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble (even starting our car every so often as we were interstate). The term of our rental ended up being a few months longer than we initially estimated it might be but Marty and Michael were so accommodating it was no issue.
