Just moved back and haven't had a moment to be able to tend to the yard. Was calling every where. This was his day off and he said he'd do it. Was here in 15 minutes. Mowed, trimmed, blew, communicated quickly. Super appreciate the consideration, professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. One less thing on my mind. Would recommend.
This business is completely inconsiderate of neighbors. Mowing season just really began and every single week (even in the rain) they have woken my household at 6:30a - 6:40a mowing the neighbors lawn. When I spoke to the kid mowing he was snotty and said it's 12 minutes before 7a - it was 6:40a, and his response was well go ahead and call the police. Employees disregarded city time ordinance beginning their work as early as half an hour before allotted time. After a recurrence of this, employees were confronted, and made aware of the time ordinance. Employees were then combative and continued their work.
