They are horrible
I was a tenant in a home that was being sold by Big Block Realty for out of state owners. It was being handled by listing agent Shield Pepper. She made appointments to show the home requiring me to miss school in order to show the home, then canceled said appointment without any explanation or warning. Then when trying to schedule the required initial move out inspection that she was going to handle for the owners she agreed to a specific date and time.
