That's enough heart break, I'm done with Big Black Rubber. First - the positives - this place is full of good hearted folks. The owner, the front end gal(s) who always answer the phones, down to the techs doing the work - they're usually pretty easy to work with and are responsible for the work they're able to do/decisions they make.
