Called to inquire about getting two new front tires. They told me they wouldn't sell/mount two, but only all four, because they "couldn't guarantee that my existing two were in good condition." What? I didn't ask for them to make any warranty on, nor to even evaluate my existing two rear tires, which are in quite good condition. Went elsewhere and got two new front tires mounted without issue nor aggravation.
I’ve gone to Big Black Rubber probably 10 times and every experience has been perfect. Dayna always answers the phone with a great attitude. Today Alex was working on his birthday and he got my tire changeover done in 20 minutes. Super fast, best prices in town, I highly recommend!
