Let’s start with the good: They are usually very fast, and they almost always have availability. The people who work there seem friendly, especially the owner. Unfortunately, they consistently fail at some of the most basic tire work. I live very nearby, so I went there frequently out of convenience, but I finally can’t take it anymore. Among many other issues, I’ve had them tell me a tire wasn’t leaking, only for me to take it to Diversified the next day and have them find and patch the leak immediately. This was the best place so friendly walked in off the street flat tire was fixed in less than an hour and it was $5 cheaper
Highly recommend, if they can get in early they will always helpful every time I have been there
