I bought tires from them 2-3 years ago and they mounted them on my rims. Well, they mounted them backwards but the was unbeknownst to me. These particular types of tires - after extensive trips to the dealership - have a soft wall and when mounted to the rims incorrectly will cause issues. My issue is a very strong pull to the right and it never dawned on me it would be the tires. The dealership finally deduced it was likely the tires and swapped them from passenger to driver. 5 stars because 10 out of 10 ‘recommend’ to a friend.
I’m giving them three stars just because they weren’t true too their word. I went there and asked for a tire set and was there before the shop opened. They said they would have it done later that day. Its one thing to say it will be done in a day or two. Considering they said I’d have them that day and it took two days wasn’t professional on there part in my opinion. Don’t tell me you’ll have something finished by a certain time and lie about it.
