My whole family deals with Big Bens and have never had a problem. I bought a 99 conversion van from him 7 years ago. Not the best looking on the inside but what do you expect when you buy used car or van.Served the purpose all these years and still has low miles on and runs great.So I recommend Big Bens any day
Really...this guy curses? I've purchased a few cars from him and never heard him curse once. I've heard customers curse at him because their cars were repossessed for not paying for them. Never once has he been rude or inconsiderate towards a customer. Also, why would you buy a car that apparently has body damage if you wanted a car without any damage? Don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about. All of his cars are sold as-is where-is with the option to purchase a warranty. If you didn't purchase a warranty...who's fault is that? I've had nothing but good dealings with Big Bens and the owners. And FYI...oil doesn't leak from under the passenger seat. Oil can only leak from the engine area.
Highly not recommended. The guy has no people skills or tact. Not a mechanic by any means. Don't be fooled by any of his vehicles pictures, they never show the engines or all sides. Advertised one car as "no leaks, runs strong". The car had oil leaks, one of which i found as far back under the car as the driver side passenger seat. It also had body damage on the passenger side.
