Seriously, best fish & chips in PDX! There isn't a smack of grease and the fish is never fishy. He knows what he's doing, he's a fish & chips rockstar!
Fresh food, excellent prices for generous portions, and friendly owner. He now has British bangers, too, and soon will get Cornish pasties.
I had the two-piece with fries. It was very light but full of flavor and I think a two-piece is a whole fish so I am stuffed.
I have never liked fish, but I was convinced to try the fish here because of its mild flavor. I was so pleasantly surprised, this fish is so yummy! The breading is crisp and crunchy. The portions are large, and well priced. Get one fish on your own, or two to share.
Loved the fish n chips and chipstick. Huge pieces of fish at great prices. We will be returning.
I love their fish and chips and the chipstix! The fish is very yummy, and the breading on it is crisp, yummy and NOT at all greasy. The Chipstix is fun to eat, since it's a spiral-cut potato on a stick. ONE piece of fish is HUGE! It's the perfect portion for one person.
