I had done business with Big Bear this spring , they came to my house to get a tire off my Tundra that sank into the soft dirt. They put a tire on at the shop , and brought it back to me and installed it. Then allowed me to drive down and pay for it on my own time. Amazing service, and trust in the community! Today I went back, for my car. I got a whole set , with a healthy discount for Black Friday. Service was quick, the staff were awesome. Waited almost 2 hours trying to get two tires mounted that I brought with, was told it would be half an hour when I walked in, the owner seemed like he would rather sort through used tires then work on my car. Won't do business again
