Terrible experience we had an Airbnb booked And they Told us they were no longer able to host and we could pick from any of the other cabins for no added cost. We then proceeded to pick a couple cabins and they told us that we couldn’t have those ones either we would have to pay additional. Then when cancelling our Airbnb, they only refunded half even though the full amount was promised. We have wasted so much time having this place booked places for Christmas, The prices of other cabins have only gone up.
We had such a great stay at cabin 2020. It was lovely! The pool table was a plus! Big Bear vacation rentals has always been good to us.
Great place for a couple to stay. All the modern conveniences. Close to the downtown as well as Snow Summit. We loved the place and will probably stay there again in the future.
