Amazing hosts that are friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The property is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. I would absolutely reccomend Big Bear Vacations for your next trip.
I had a poor experience with Big Bear Vacations, particularly the property we stayed at and their communication efforts. The property we rented had significant issues. We followed the heater instructions and immediately turned it on upon arrival at 4pm. It was winter and very cold. The house remained cold the entire evening. At 9pm it was still around 55-60 degrees in the cabin. The contact information provided in the cabin itself did not work. We had an amazing stay in Big Bear and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental! The location was perfect. Close to the village, and plenty of great spots to eat and explore, yet still peaceful and tucked away enough to relax and unwind. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the property was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Before booking we were honestly undecided about where to stay because of our autistic sons needs and his tendency to elope.
