Our extended family stayed at Shay Meadows Ranch over Christmas. The weather wasn’t great, but we loved sitting around the big, beautiful fireplace playing games!! Stefanie Ruland (with Big Bear Vacations) went above and beyond with helping us set up the reservations! We had many questions that were always answered promptly! Our cabin was beautiful, super clean, and looked like it was recently renovated. We loved that it was a one story because we had two young children with us. The level driveway was awesome. What could go wrong, right? We were supposed to be able to check in at 4:00. We weren't able to check in until 4:40. Housecleaning apparently is short-staffed and the cabin wasn't ready.
