I’ve always loved go-karting—the speed, the tight corners, the adrenaline. But what was supposed to be a fun day at the local speedway turned into an absolute nightmare. It started when I arrived and noticed the place was way overcrowded. Kids were running around unchecked, and the staff looked overwhelmed and uninterested. I should’ve taken that as a red flag. Terrible service. Close the business You guys don’t deserve to be open. Customer service is very rude. I had my kids with me and the way they were talking was very disrespectful.
Terrible experience. Everything was disappointing — the staff were extremely rude, the car smelled awful, and the prices were outrageously high. This business seems focused on taking advantage of customers rather than providing any real service. They should not be allowed to operate under such poor standards.
In my opinion I love this place especially the go kart racing they go really fast just be careful but it is so much funnn.
