I needed the heater in our place fixed ASAP (rental guests had just arrived late the night before) and every place I called could only tell me, " sorry, not today! Tomorrow we can squeeze you in..." I called this heating repair company and was informed by Tim that he'd be able to take care of it after lunch...and take care of it, he did! Very professional and courteous and quick, too!
