big Bear roofing did a really good job on our roof and it no longer leaks we were really happy with the quick service and the professional Job. Its hard to find a good contractor these days but Big Bear did a good job for us.
Chad came in with his crew and fixed a job for me. good people
Very poor communication. Owners lacks empathy for customer situations and he does not value your time. Lots of false promises. Over promises and under delivers. You’re better off going elsewhere.
It begins with our relator referring us to Big Bear Roofing. Once hired, a woman met with us and we picked out the shingles. She stated that they were in stock and they would start the roof next week. They did not show until three weeks after picking out shingles and they tore off the roof and found rot. Everything stopped. We had no roof for one month in the middle of winter. We had a hole in the roof that was 16 feet by 22 feet for one month. All we had was a tarp covering what was left of a roof.
