This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I would never use this company and I am reporting them to the Vermont Secretary of State in Montpelier Vermont.
Our family was not advised of truthful facts about a house we purchased. I would never use this company to buy or sell property.
We purchased a house from Big Bear. The property had some many issues that were not disclosed to our family that we could not live in the house. We feel very strongly that Big Bear was aware of the condition problems and did not disclose them. Just moving to Vermont we didn't know that builders are not licensed nor home inspectors. Please keep this in mind when purchasing in Vermont......BUYERS BEWARE
