I called to schedule an appt for Friday and the owner asked me to come in late at 5:00. When I showed up the place was closed. I called the owner while standing in front of her shop. She proceeded to tell me that she would never schedule an appt at 5! My friend was sitting right beside me and heard her tell me to come at 5!! Bad business on her part!
Kevin cut my nail so short that it was bleeding. That's when I should have left, but I didn't. I stayed and had the gel pedicure which is pretty messy. Then I walked home and my toe hurt all the way home. I run every day and it hurts every time I run and now it's looking infected.

Love her and her husband ,they always have time,never turns a coustemer down,prices are the best in the mountain. I highly recommend big bear nails.
