I called Big Bear Mrchanical for a bid to replace a furnace. They showed up on time which none of the other companies u called even bothered to show up without a 2nd call. They were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I promptly received a bid that wasn't the lowest nor the highest but I went with them anyway because of the excellent customer service. The furnace was installed on time and on budget. I will definitely refer everyone to this company.
